These terms cover playing V-Line Racer. By playing, you agree to them.

Playing the game

• You may play V-Line Racer on your own devices for your own fun. Apple's standard license for App Store apps also applies.
• The game, its tracks, cars, art, sound and music belong to us or the people who license them to us.

Purchases

• Packs are bought through Apple, and Apple's payment and refund rules apply. A pack you buy stays yours: use Restore purchases on a new phone.

Fair play

• Draw your own lines. No cheats, bots, modified apps or machine-drawn lines.
• Times can be re-raced on our server. Lines that look machine-drawn, or faster than the game allows, may be hidden from public leaderboards.

Names

• Pick a name that's fine for everyone to see. We may change or remove names that are offensive or pretend to be someone else.

Your lines

• You let us store, re-race and show your lines and times in the game, for example on leaderboards, in replays and in challenges you send.

The game as it is

• We work hard to keep the game running well, but it comes as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it.
• Your progress is saved on your phone. Deleting the game, or Reset progress, erases it.

Changes

• We may update these terms. The new version will be in the game, with its date at the top. Playing after a change means you accept it.
